Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.
Prior to shipment of your order, we will verify all order details ie:
The name of the card holder matches the card
The address details match the card
The card details are valid (including all security codes)
The card is authorised by the issuing bank
You have provided a valid email address
You have provided a valid telephone number
No adverse or fraud related information is associated with the card holders address or card number
Shipping And Handling
Orders placed and processed by us before 15:30 hours from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, please note that it is possible that your order could arrive on a Saturday. However this service is not guaranteed and subject to the courier's workload.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee providing the goods are returned in their original packaging.There will be a 15% deduction for handling/postage charges on returned goods.
Products sold on our website usually come with a one-year manufacturer warranty (from date of original purchase) in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase may be required before warranty service is rendered. The warranty manufacturers provide usually only cover failures that due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, modification, acts of nature i.e. earthquakes etc, service by anyone other than the respective manufacturer's service centre. Transistors for Radios & Amplifiers are not covered under warranty by Manufacturer or ourselfs due to misuse via power & SWR.
If the product is believed to be factory faulty, it should be returned to us for testing and if found faulty by us it will be returned to the manufacturer for repair. If the unit cannot be repaired, we will arrange for it to be replaced. If we cannot obtain an identical item we will then refund the cost of the product.
If the product is NOT found to be factory faulty by our technical department it will be returned to you at your cost.
Non-faulty products must have everything returned and be in pristine condition otherwise we reserve the right to decline a refund and the player will be returned to you.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK .
• Much of the UK 's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
• Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
www.pjbox.co.uk is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old equivalent WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
