Description
Easy to fit ferrite core block specially designed for fitting onto RG-58 coax cable. Position it on the cable and just snap the two halves of the block together. Can be reused. Useful for preventing RF currents flowing back onto transceiver chassis, avoiding incorrect readings on VSWR meters and as a general TVI preventavtive measure. Two types avaliable RFF-213 and RFF-58.
The cores are effective over the range 1 to 300MHz and are equivalent to six ferrite beads in series, but with a higher impedance and more extended frequency range.
